Origin Story
At the end of 2022, when ChatGPT burst onto the scene, I realized for the first time: this is an epoch-making product that will reshape every industry.
From then on, AI tools grew explosively, with novel and interesting apps born every day. As a developer and AI enthusiast, I eagerly tried and bookmarked hundreds of tools — but soon fell into the "bookmark dilemma": the folder grew bloated, finding one tool took ages, and many tools I'd used once were forgotten by name.
I saw many bloggers sharing AI tools and tutorials, but the information was scattered across platforms. I kept thinking: what if there were one place that systematically organized these AI tools — even bundling the tools for a specific scenario (like "indie developer" or "e-commerce image creation") into a "skill pack"?
That way, we wouldn't just discover new tools — we could also learn how experts combine tools into their own workflows. It saves enormous trial-and-error time and hands you battle-tested best practices directly.
And so, toolin.ai was born.
