Mashangfei: From One Sentence to a Complete, Running Business

·Toolin Editorial Team

Mashangfei packages the three core links of a one-person company into a closed loop: generate a complete app with an admin backend from one sentence, an AI business assistant that auto-produces posters and copy, and 7x24 AI customer service plugged into WeChat in one click.

Mashangfei: From One Sentence to a Complete, Running Business

Vibe Coding solved the problem of "getting the app built," but building the app is only 5% of the work in a product's life cycle. The remaining 95% — promotion, customer service, operations, repeat purchases — is the part that actually eats people alive.

What Mashangfei does is automate that 95% too. It isn't another Cursor or Claude Code; it's a tool aimed at "running a business" rather than "building a product": one sentence generates a complete system with a backend, an AI business assistant automatically produces promo material, and 7x24 AI customer service plugs into WeChat. From idea to a running business, you never write a line of code.

What Is Mashangfei

Mashangfei is an AI business-building platform. What it solves isn't "writing code" but "getting a business off the ground." Its core capabilities come in three parts:

  1. Foundation: one sentence generates a complete app (not just pages — a full system with products, orders, users, and a data backend)
  2. Promotion: an AI business assistant that automatically produces posters, copy, and short-video scripts
  3. Front line: AI customer service stands at the front 7x24, forwards what it can't answer to you, and can plug into WeCom in one click

These three parts map exactly to the links a one-person company lacks most: building the system, doing promotion, and carrying customer service.

Field Test: From One Sentence to a Complete Pet Social App

An indie developer ran a real test with Mashangfei: building a "nearby pet social" app for their extroverted orange tabby.

Step 1: One Sentence to App

The requirement entered was very colloquial: "Let pet owners nearby post their pets, leave messages for each other, and arrange to hang out together." Mashangfei first organizes this into a requirements list for you to confirm, then generates the complete app within minutes of confirmation.

What it generates isn't an empty shell. Nearby pet-friendly places (with Tencent Maps embedded, filterable by restaurant/park/hospital), pet profiles, pet-friend matching, and community feeds are all there, pre-filled with dummy data.

Step 2: Tweak the Details in the Admin Backend

The breed dropdown has no "orange tabby"? Go into the backend and edit fields directly, like editing a spreadsheet — under a minute, front to back. Mashangfei doesn't just give you the front end; it gives you an entire admin backend where the fields can be changed.

Step 3: The AI Business Assistant Produces Promo Material Automatically

The business assistant understands your business. The instruction was a single line — "help me create a product that promotes my pet community" — and it automatically grasped the app's features and user persona, then output:

  • Promo poster: warm tones, a golden retriever and an orange tabby as the key visual, copy reading "A social circle all your fur kid's own," with selling points and the call-to-action button all laid out
  • RedNote copy: the title "Your fur kid still doesn't have a social circle? That's so out of date!" with a scene-based story built in — the RedNote flavor fully nailed

Compared with opening another window, explaining your business to an AI from scratch, and asking it to write copy, this is a different order of efficiency. The difference is that it lives inside your business and knows what you sell by default.

Step 4: AI Customer Service Plugs into WeChat

The app got an AI customer service agent named the "Woof-Meow Advisor." In testing, we asked "how much food does a 30-day-old kitten eat per day," and it corrected us first: at 30 days the kitten isn't fully weaned — soften the food with goat milk powder and feed 20-30 grams a day split across 6-8 meals. More reliable than many pet store staff.

The more important part: the customer service doesn't only live in the app. One click in the business assistant's settings deploys this customer service as WeCom customer service, generating a QR code for customers to scan. Customers don't need to download the app — they can get answers right inside WeChat.

Step 5: One-Click Publishing

Mashangfei supports one-click publishing as a WeChat Mini Program, Android, iOS, and HarmonyOS app. Not a demo stuck in a browser, but a product that can actually ship and be used directly inside WeChat.

What Else It Can Do

The same platform handles e-commerce too. In testing, from importing a product sheet to listing, the front end instantly became a browsable, orderable store with cart, checkout, and WeChat Pay.

A community and an e-commerce shop are completely different business shapes, but Mashangfei's "foundation + promotion + front line" loop fits both — it doesn't care what kind of business you run.

Hands-On Impressions

Strengths

  • A real closed loop: from app generation to promotion to customer service to publishing, every link has a matching AI capability
  • A usable admin backend: not a black box — fields and data can be edited directly like a spreadsheet
  • Wired into the WeChat ecosystem: both customer service and publishing connect to WeChat, so customers don't need to install anything extra
  • The business assistant understands the business: no repeated explaining of what you do — it reads it on its own

Limitations

  • One-click AI generation can't nail every detail, so manual adjustments in the backend are still needed
  • Not suited to products requiring deeply customized UI/UX
  • The tool lays the infrastructure, but judgments like "what business to run" and "who to sell to" are still yours to make

Who It's For

  • Indie developers: have the idea but don't want to spend time on the non-code parts
  • One-person companies / solo founders: one person has to carry the entire business loop
  • Traditional business owners: have industry experience but no technical skills and want to move the business online

How to Get It

Mashangfei is available online — search "Mashangfei" to find the official site. There's also a zero-barrier entry point: the Yiwu AI shop campaign, which gets you a store in 30 seconds — a good fit for anyone who wants to first experience "building a tiny business from zero to one."
